Axolotl microscope investigation checklist:
-Can focus and adjust lighting using finger
-Can focus and find axolotl using all 3 light settings
-Can focus on axolotl using different magnification settings
-Can locate chromatophores
-Can locate gills
-Bonus-can locate blood cell movement in gills
Beneficial bacteria lab
-can use the light and adjust the light with the light settings wheel
-can get an adequate sample of bacteria mats
-can find and focus on the bacterial mat
-can focus on higher powers
